· It is further clarified that the existing holding of securities of the Noticees, including the units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen during the period of restraint.
· The open positions, if any, of the above entities in derivatives shall be permitted to be squared off within a day of this order. Further, R. K. Commodities Services Pvt. Ltd. (“RCS”), being a commodity broker, is permitted to square off its existing client open positions in commodity derivatives within a period of 15 days from this order.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
